Executive Mentorship
Programme
25 hours of private, one-to-one instruction across a published two-volume curriculum. Built to transform aspiring traders into structured market operators.
25 hours. One student. One mentor.
The programme is delivered privately, one-to-one, across 25 hourly sessions scheduled around your professional commitments.
There is no cohort to keep pace with and no recorded content to work through alone. Each session is live instruction, tailored to what you have absorbed and where you are struggling.
Both published volumes are issued at your first session and are included in the programme fee.
- 25 hourly sessions, privately delivered
- Two published volumes issued at commencement
- Competency-based assessment throughout
- Sessions scheduled at your convenience
- Certification on completion
Seven stages, in sequence.
Each stage builds on the last. The order is deliberate and we do not skip ahead.
Application
A 30-minute consultation to understand your objectives, background and availability — and to determine, honestly, whether this programme is the right fit.
Orientation
Programme structure, expectations and scheduling. Both volumes are issued. You leave the first session knowing exactly what the next 25 hours will cover.
Institutional Foundations
Volume I. Understanding the market: why markets exist, how participants behave, market structure and liquidity, technical analysis, risk management and trading psychology.
Progress Review
A structured checkpoint at the midpoint. Competencies from Volume I are assessed before execution material begins. Second payment falls due here for students on the split plan.
Capital Intelligence
Volume II. Executing in the market: the Institutional Order Block Framework, Candle Range Theory, the Liquidity Velocity Engine, Opening Range Breakout, and institutional execution.
Graduation
Final competency review across both volumes. Certification issued on demonstrated capability, not attendance.
Alumni
Continued access to the FinLeap alumni community and ongoing professional development.

What a session actually looks like.
Sessions run for one hour, in person at Alexandra Central or by arrangement. Each begins with a review of what you worked on since the last session — chart work, journal entries, questions that came up.
New material is taught against the relevant chapter, worked through on live charts, then applied. You leave with something specific to practise before the next session.
Nothing is rushed to fit a schedule. If a concept needs a second session, it gets one.
“Your strategy determines what you should do. Your discipline determines whether you actually do it.”
What you will be able to do.
- Explain how financial markets function and why prices move
- Identify market structure, trends, and shifts in character
- Recognise liquidity and understand where it accumulates
- Apply technical analysis as confluence, not prediction
- Size positions and manage risk to a defined framework
- Execute using structured entry models rather than instinct
- Maintain a trading journal and conduct performance reviews
- Operate independently, without reliance on external calls

Transparent, and structured around you.
