Privacy Policy
We collect only the information necessary to respond to enquiries and administer enrolment — typically your name, contact details, and the information you choose to share during a consultation.
This information is used to communicate with you about the programme, issue invoices, and schedule sessions. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties.
Consultation bookings are handled through Calendly, and messages sent via WhatsApp are subject to that platform’s own privacy terms. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to us.
Terms & Conditions
Enrolment. Admission is by application. A place is confirmed only on receipt of payment against an issued invoice.
Fees. The programme fee is S$120 per hourly session, 25 sessions in total. Payment is by full settlement before commencement, or by split payment — half before commencement and half after the tenth session, due before the eleventh session begins.
Materials. Both published volumes are included in the programme fee and issued at the first session. They remain the intellectual property of FinLeap Academy and are provided for the personal use of the enrolled student only.
Intellectual property. All course content, frameworks, methodologies, diagrams, templates, assessments and learning resources are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law. No part may be reproduced, copied, distributed, published or shared in any form without prior written permission.
Scheduling. Sessions are booked through our scheduling system and may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.
Certification. Certification is issued on demonstrated competency across both volumes, not on attendance alone.
